Just say no………

I am going to give you some advice. Keep in mind that I don’t always follow my own advice. ;*o(

You are ONLY able to eat chips, cookies, candy bars, ice cream, cake, etc. late at night IF they are in your house and available. Gird yourself with yummy healthy foods and a full tummy when you shop. DO NOT buy these rotten lousy junky foods.

End of preaching. I don’t stock chips, cookies, never candy bars. Some times I have ice cream on hand, but since that is not a food I usually binge on it’s ok, not great. I buy bread for my daughter’s sandwiches, but when she graduates I will stop that too. I want wheat. It makes my tummy hurt and makes me fat, but I crave it.

Instead of buying these bad-for-you products estimate the amount of moola you save and donate to a fund of your choice

good idea! Im usually very disciplined when i do my weekly (or whenever i get round to doing it) shop! so i dont have much bad stuff in the house! Bread makes me feel pretty bad too, but I still buy the brown soda bread or something like it, but cant eat the normal loaf!
I have fat free yogurts and wafer delights (1/2 point marshmallow things) to snack on and thats it!
Also thinking about donating money to charity, just raised 150 euro from fasting for the last 24 hours but want to give maybe 100 more myself. Was thinking the global gifts for Africa but then seeing as its recession time here i might give it local as so many people are in poverty here….still debating which! maybe both if i can afford to!

I totally agree! I hear people commenting that they can’t resist this and that, and I wonder, why is it in your house then? If I was trying to quit smoking, would I leave packs of cigarettes all over my house? Set yourself up for success!

Amen! Plus, people complain it cost too much to eat healthy, but if you don’t buy junk, you have more for the good stuff!
