Average age of your team?…………
I am looking for a team that has lots of older gals. I’m 52, we ancient ones have our skewed metabolism to deal with, and life issues. What is the AVERAGE age of these teams?

Even though some of the teams have younger ppl, I always strayed… My mother is 49 and lost over 100 pounds in less than a year. She was my motivation. She did it alone, and it was rough on her but I watched her transform and it is amazing! I used to always tell her not to use her metabolism as an exuse and she didn’t. No matter what age u r, It is hard. Point blank. case closed. lol. She didn’t even put exersise in her diet, but my ass(at 21) had to work out almost everynight to lose 60 pounds in almost the same amount of time. lol.. if u r interested in joining a group, don’t go by age, go by the one’s who u see achieving more… and motivating…

I’m not sure of the average ages, but I understand what you mean.
I think it would be a fantastic idea for you to start a team for a certain age group (older gals)…. it’s always nice to be able to relate to others in your group.
